This is a programme specially designed for Youths aged 12 to 17, to help them to be the leaders of tomorrow with proficient public speaking skills.

Every young person has natural genius, with the potential to become a good communicator and speaker. And this potential needs to be developed.

This programme is designed to develop public speaking skills among youths using visualisation techniques. It helps train young people to use the power of their minds, to have the courage to have a voice, and to stand up and speak up to be counted. They learn to become tomorrow's leaders in business, in the industry and the community.

Participants first learn the foundation of how to use their minds in a more powerful way. They are then guided to discover their talents, skills and abilities. They use their natural genius to learn the ability to communicate their message effectively to their audience.
